Compulsory regulation
To create an OOD, a decision of two or more persons – founders of the company is required. The meeting decides on the establishment of the company, determines the unique name of the company, adopts a friendly agreement, determines the manager (director) and the amount of the authorized capital. The founder can be represented by an authorized person holding a notarized power of attorney.
